Teoh Beng Hock was murdered by MACC ? YES

Teo-Banner01

The initial postmortem report revealed that Teoh Beng Hock was murdered by MACC.

1. He was pronouced dead at around 8 to 9 AM. But MACC claimed they only heard a big sound at 1.30 PM and then found his body.

What happened during the 2-3 hours before his body was thrown to ground?

2. His handphone is not with his body. Teoh was either still under the custody of MACC OR someone removed the phone from his dead body.

3. The latch of window in leval 14 where MACC office is located found at the floor of level 5.

4. The body is not facing down unlike normal suicide from tall building. This pointed to he was already dead when he was falling down.

5. The blood stain is abnormal little. This is another sign to show that he already dead before falling down.

6. His pants were torn. His pants “incidentally” hooked to window latch before his body was forced out.

7. The timber door at MACC’s main entrance was shut down from 1.15 to 1.50 PM. This 45 minutes duration is mostly the body was pushed out.

From these initial findings, my conclusion is he was murdered inside the office at 8-9 AM before his dead body was threw out from level 14 at 1.30 PM.

Pieces of the puzzle

The initial response of the MACC, the Selangor CPO, the Home Minister and other associated parties suggests a widespread attempt to cover up the truth. Such attempts to hide the truth suggest expectation of guilt. This guilt runs through the entire chain of command up to the Home Minister. The Deputy Prime Minister’s initial response also implicates him in the attempted cover-up.

Important pieces of the puzzle of Teoh Beng Hock’s death are starting to fit together.

1. Beng Hock was last seen alive at the MACC office around 6 am.

His mobile phone had not been returned to him so it is likely that his questioning was due to continue later that morning.

2. Time of death appears to have been between 8:30 – 9:30 am.

Who killed him and why he was killed remains a mystery.

3. The timber doors of the MACC office were shut between 1:15 and 1:50 pm. This is most unusual.

Very likely this was the time when his body was being pushed out through the window. By this time, rigor mortis would have set in, which explains the lack of bleeding and the rigid position of arms and legs when the body was “found”.

4. The MACC office window handle is broken.

This was probably where Teoh’s pants caught and got torn as his body was pushed through.

Questions that remain are…

1. Was Teoh’s mobile phone routinely being held during his questioning and someone forgot to put it back into his pocket or did it contain damning evidence that someone was trying to erase?

2. Was Teoh killed during the interrogation or did he die because of some other cause? What cause? By whom? Why?

3. Was Teoh’s death immediately notified to the MACC head or did he only come to know of it around lunchtime?

4. Who made the decision to fabricate evidence to suggest that Teoh died from a fall?

5. Was the CPO aware of what had actually happened when he “ruled out foul play” or was he shooting off his mouth?

6. Was the Home Minister aware of what had happened when he attacked the people trying to implicate the MACC or was he also shooting his mouth from his usually empty head?

7. Who first put forward the idea that Teoh had committed suicide?

8. Why is UMNO racialising this sad event? Do they just want to shift the focus elsewhere or do they have darker intentions in their effort to cling to power?

This being Bolehland, how many of the above questions can we expect to be answered satisfactorily?
