Malaysian is good in talk cock, poor in execution

I bet 90% of ETP will fail to deliver as promise because Malaysians are notorious good on the paperwork, and terrible poor in the project execution.

Besides the nationality issue, the disparity in project executive capability and work ethics among the races is also another issue.

Billions of return as projected are all “syiok sendiri” and ideal for masturbation by Malaysian politikus.

The confirmed winner is McKinsey who already making a few hundred millions from the paperwork consultation service to BN government.

A Chinese proverb says drawing a biscuit on the plain paper is best to describe BN ETP.

Smart City-Smart Village to contribute RM95bil to economy by 2020

KUALA LUMPUR: Smart City-Smart Village, the second high-impact project to be implemented through Global Science and Innovation Academy Council (GSIAC), is expected to contribute RM95bil to the national economy by 2020.

It was also expected to increase opportunities in the service industry and create employment across the value chain for 420,000 people, GSIAC said in a statement.

“The Smart City-Smart Village project aims at balancing development in the urban and rural areas, focusing on the use of green technology and information and communications technology (ICT).

“The goal of the initiative is to improve everything from energy use to healthcare, education, traffic and shopping by doing it ‘smart’ with the help of ICT and green technology,” it added.

GSIAC yesterday hosted a Smart Communities Workshop together with the Malaysia Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT) and New York Academy Of Sciences to gather inputs for the implementation of the Smart City-Smart Village projects in Malaysia with other key stakeholders.

MIGHT president and chief executive officer Mohd Yusoff Sulaiman said “green field” and “brown field” projects had been identified for the Smart City programme.

“In a green field project we find there’ll be a very good opportunity to develop new cities like the Iskandar region and cities near the Greater Kuala Lumpur area.

“In a brown field project such as the present city of Kuala Lumpur, we see a need to also see beyond the elements of infrastructure such as social development, culture and the value we can add to the existing city development to raise the quality of life,” he added. — Bernama

Nurul and Pua are doing us, the ordinary rakyat, a big favor, to ensure the Rm40m worth its value in KR1M project. Though we are poor, and there are many not so well off people in Lembah Pantai, ( They aren’t like Sharizat who can afford a Rm9.8m condo ), we still deserve to have food that is not substandard or food that can deteriorate our health in the long run, what more if it is baby food?

Another case is the PM trying the RM3 Menu Rakyat 1Malaysia lunch which is high in cholesterol and unhealthy if taken frequently. High cholesterol can cause heart disease and many other illnesses. So, isn’t it Nurul and Tony’s publicity bring more sense to people than PM’s publicity?

MACC is really poor in execution.

Maybe everthing they do is to ikut perintah?

Remember how the late TBH was hounded by MACC over a few thousand Ringgit of alleged fund that ultimately led to his death?

And here we have a Cabinet Menteri who apparently abused the millions for the so-called cow-and-condo investment involving her family members and now seemingly getting away without even a phone call from MACC?

That’s what PM Najib’s 1Malaysia is all about. All bull and hype. As if we still do not know.

Abu Pin says:

With inefficient civil servants, ali-baba sub-contracting methodology and high level wastage and rampant corruption that MACC chose not to investigate, surely all these grand plan will exceed budget before completion, if only completion is possible.

Joe Public says:

What we can expect from “1 Malaysia” brand? 1 Malaysia Clinic without doctor, 1 Malaysia Oyster Sauce without oyster, 1 Malaysia Growing Milk without/low in essential nutrients for children healthy growing, 1 Malaysia Curry Chicken low in chicken meat (lots of potatoes), 1 Malaysia Fruit Jam low in fruits, 1 Malaysia Ice Cream low in creams…. But, 1 Malaysia Milk high in bacteria, 1 Malaysia Chili Sauce high in heavy metal and low in chili…..

This kind of quality also true for most of Najib’s 1 Malaysia GTP, 1 Malaysia ETP, 1 Malaysia NKRA etc….. Everything that have this Cop 1 Malaysia, have to take it with much pinch of salt.

GT says:

BN has key competence in the execution of corrupted practices. GTP is just a means for them to siphon off national wealth while the fooled rakyat syiok sendiri with the so-called kpi achievement.
