No doubt, ROS is acting unprofessionally by issuing two letters with contradicting decisions in the same day.
The decision to null DAP’s Central Executive Committee has its legal basic, but it should be done after the election. The CEC legal status does not affecting the result of GE even DAP is dissolved by ROS after the general election.
ROS has clarified that DAP can still using its rocket logo to contest in the GE13.
DAP knows exactly Chinese support will not depleted by using PAS logo, and Lim blames ROS is a cover-up for DAP to contest under PAS logo is to win more Malay votes.
DAP is simply cannot contest under PAS logo if no external factor to justify its decision. ROS is just a perfect punching bag coming in the right time for DAP.

PETALING JAYA: DAP is set to use the PAS logo for their candidates in the peninsula Malaysian and PKR logo for those in Sabah and Sarawak.
This comes after the party had extended the deadline to the Registrar of Societies until 5pm for them to revoke the letter de-recognising the party leadership.
Commenting on the situation, the Election Commission said DAP candidates have the right to contest under PAS and PKR symbols but they have to get authorisation letters from the two parties.
“That is DAP’s decision and it’s DAP’s right,” EC deputy chairman Datuk Wan Ahmad Wan Omar told an online portal.
He said the EC earlier confirmed that the DAP can contest under its own party logo but “if it now decides to use other parties’ logos, that’s up to them.”
The portal quoted Wan Ahmad as saying that DAP candidates would need to submit letters of authority by PAS and PKR on nomination day on Saturday.
Earlier, DAP organising secretary Anthony Loke told The Star that ROS has yet to reply to them.
“So far nothing from them yet. Let’s see. We’re still keeping our fingers crossed.”he said.
However, Loke said that everything is ready for the party machinery as well as the candidates should the ROS not revoke their earlier letter.
“The instructions are there already,” he said..
The ROS on April 17 sent the party a letter de-recognising the central executive committee appointed after the party elections in December last year after a miscount as well as complaints that about 700 delegates were not notified of the AGM.
DAP is in a quandary on whether to use its own symbol after the Registrar of Society did not accord recognition to its office bearers of the committee formed in party elections on Dec 15 last year.
DAP will be fielding 53 parliamentary candidates and 103 state assembly candidates nationwide.
Meanwhile, PAS headquarters in KUALA LUMPUR have made the necessary preparation to issue the appointment letters (watikah) to DAP candidates should the DAP decided not to use its symbol in the general election.
PAS vice president Datuk Husam Musa said the letters could be issued anytime before the tomorrow.
“We have prepared for it. No problem.
“The letters can be issued by today,” he said here on Friday.
PAS secretary-general Datuk Mustafa Ali said that all the authorisation papers have been signed on Thursday night itself.
“We have preempted everything already so we decided to sign the papers on Thursday instead of waiting,” he told The Star.
He added that after attending DAP’s press conference held by the party secretary-general Lim Guan Eng, Mustafa went straight back to his office in the PAS headquarters in Jalan Raja Laut and started printing out the letters.
“I think we printed about 200. I have signed it all and delivered it all to DAP already. All they have to do is fill in the candidates’ names and the constituencies that they would be contesting in,” he said.
