Call up anti-BN Malaysians to attend 22 June's 505 Blackout Rally

blackout 505 kuala lumpur

Latest updates:

– The third gathering point is in Jalan Petaling and the crowd would be led by Cheras MP Tan Kok Wai and Seremban MP Anthony Loke.

– McDanalds canceled the run due to haze. The company knows offending PR supporters is too bad for business.

– DBKL and Malaysia Olympic Council announced they will move the running event from Merdeka Square to Padang Merbok at last minute due to security reason.

My answer is Celaka Datuk Bandar, do you think the majority of rakyat are idiots and submit to your fxxing excuse.

Know the gathering points.

=> The first gathering point is Brickfields and the crowd would be led by Lembah Pantai MP and PKR vice president Nurul Izzah Anwar.

=> The second gathering point is Masjid Negara and the crowd here would be led by Gombak MP and PKR deputy president Azmin Ali and Shah Alam MP Khalid Samad.

=> The third gathering point is in Jalan Pudu and the crowd would be led by Cheras MP Tan Kok Wai and Seremban MP Anthony Loke.

=> The fourth gathering point is from the PAS headquarters in Jalan Raja Laut would be led by PAS president and Marang MP Hadi Awang.

=> The fifth group are led by PAS and PKR Youth leaders – Temerloh MP Nasrudin Hasan Tantawi and Bukit Katil MP Shamsul Akin Iskandar in Universiti Malaya.

=> The sixth gathering point is Sogo shopping complex and it is led by Batu MP and PKR vice-president Tian Chua.

=> The seventh gathering point is led by PAS vice president Salahuddin Ayub from the Pekeliling flats.

I have changed my decision for not attending the 505 blackout rally after Malaysian police is learning kiasu to arrest mob protesters. I will visit bird park and butterfly parks in the morning before walking to Padang Merbok.

PKR have done their legal duty to inform police 10 days notice and no public event or activity in Padang Merbok on 22 June 2013.

The gathering is legal except DBKL makes it illegal!

If PM Najib and his master Mahathir think hard-handed approach will stop rakyat from a peaceful gathering, they will damn wrong as Bersih 2.0 and 3.0 have proven more Malaysians will attend the rally.

Event: Blackout 505 rally
Venue: Padang Merbok
Date: 22 June 2013
Time: 12 PM

Be well prepared to face off UMNO police like getting a google, handkerchief, a can of alkaline water and a small amount of salt.

Rafizi: No change in venue for Blackout 505 rally on June 22
14 Jun 2013 12:14pm

KUALA LUMPUR, June 14 — Pakatan Rakyat will still be holding its Blackout 505 rally at Padang Merbok on June 22 as with PKR leader Rafizi Ramli feels that accepting the authorities’ suggestion to hold it in a stadium would set a “bad precedent” for future peaceful gatherings.

Rafizi said the people would want to exercise their right to freedom of assembly as long as it does not breach the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012.

“I think that remains a critical point because if we were to accept the argument and also the precedent, that means there will be not be any other gathering in open, public spaces after this.

“It sets a very bad precedent,” the PKR strategy director told reporters after a meeting with Kuala Lumpur City Hall and the police, Malaysian Insider reported.

According to Rafizi, no new points were raised in the meeting, with the authorities insisting that the opposition pact use a stadium instead of an open space. “It’s still a deadlock. I think it’s status quo,” Rafizi said.

Two PR leaders, PKR’s Datuk Johari Abdul and the DAP’s Fong Kui Lun, also attended the meeting which was called by the city mayor.

The PR leaders said the pact’s leadership council will make a final decision on this matter.

City Hall had earlier rejected Pakatan Rakyat’s application to hold the rally at Padang Merbok and gave reasons such as that it would cause traffic congestion, the landscaping may be affected and an Olympic Council of Malaysia event is to be held on June 23 at Padang Merbok and the organiser would need to start preparations for the run a day before.

Later Rafizi said the Olympic Council of Malaysia event is to be held at Dataran Merdeka and not Padang Merbok.

Friend, BN especially UMNO wants the rakyat “peach-belah” by manipulating Malay racial sentiment via Utusan and TVs against others.

Chinese main stream newspapers are also actively to instigate Chinese racial sentiment against others on behalf of MCA.

Tamil newspapers are playing same “peach-belah” role for MIC.

The winner is racist alliance, Barisan Nasional.

A massive crowd against massive vote rigging and massive cheating of its own citizens. What else can the people do when all institutions stand against the people’s choice? What about the intimidation of the majority by the minority?

The show must go on although cynics are asking whether the Black 505 series will achieve anything more significant than giving vent to the anger felt by Pakatan Rakyat and its supporters over perceived unfairness in the conduct of last May 5’s general election.

seah says:

ok lah

all the best and take care. drink plenty of milk early in the morning to get the energy going.

seah says:

NK Khoo should be safe parading not in the polis Bersih 2.0 blacklist then.

So do we have to wear all black ? i thought black with yellow more appropriate.

what say you ?

nkkhoo says:

No body will guarantee you 100% safe in any demonstration in any part of this world.

We should respect the organizer, PKR. Let wear the black only.

Katijah says:

We should participate in this rally in protest of police action against peaceful people. To tell police that their job is to tackle criminals and not intimidate rakyat.

Gabriel says:

BN is turning authoritarian ?

Jasni says:

Flashmob is harmless.

Spiralling crime rates, just what are the police doing?

Where’s the priority?

Purdeep Singh says:

daily we hear more serious crimes not just on the streets but now gangsters get into homes to rob and sometimes kill !!!!
Polis must focus on more urgent issue rather than being too critical over harmless gathering !!!!!!
