Thank Mahathir...My dream car finally arriving at Bolehland through your billionaire son

Bugatti Veyron retail price is RM4.81 million and with 200% import duty for luxury car, the total selling price in Malaysia is RM14.43 million. The road tax itself is RM 24,598.50.

Who is Salina, the car owner printed on the road tax sticker.

We Malaysians should be proud with Mokhzani for showing the world that Malaysia is a rich country to import Bugatti Veyron.

Malaysia is a black heart food market like China

There are three problems I see in cooking oil scandal in Bolehland,

1. Used cooking oil collected from the restaurants supposed to be used for biodiesel processing only, but they are mostly ending up on the dining tables in your home, local hawker centers and restaurants.

> 1 kg cooking oil packaged with plastic bag is the most susceptible with recycled cooking oil.

2. Cooking oil is used repeatedly beyond the allowable cycle in fast food restaurants.

> This is another good reason to boycott fast food chains after the beating customer incident in KFC.

3. Roadside fried banana hawkers used the melted plastic straws to change over-used black color cooking oil back to its original fresh color.

> Don’t be fooled by the fresh color cooking oil in the wok.

Sin Chew special edition highlights the magnitude and seriousness of recycled cooking oil in Malaysia and its risk to public health.

Have problem to buy a third-party car insurance for mora than 10-year old car?

I used to buy Kurnia car insurance from an agent who is my childhood friend in kampong.

Kurnia was asking purchaser with more than 10-year old car to buy extra personal insurance if you insist to buy a third-party car insurance. They have given tons of excuses to force you to purchase first-party insurance policy.

The insurance agent (his wife) treats her customer like a king when you insure RM50,000 with a first-party insurance and dumps the customer when you only want to insure RM10,000 with a third-party insurance.

I have to say my childhood friend will never get a single cent insurance business from me again.

Since both Kurnia and my childhood friend (actually is his wife handled the administration matter) showing suck and unprofessional attitude if you only want to insure an old car with a third-party insurance.

So, I has decided to purchase this year car insurance from Tony’s finance company, www.tunemoney.com.

No question asked for buying a third-party car policy with insured value of RM10,000 and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. JPJ confirmation notice was delivered to my mailbox on the second working day.

Saved more than RM100 compared to a first-party insurance from Kurnia!

Tony Fernandes, a billionaire does not need my free promotion for his company. I posts tune money service here is to help those car owners who are facing similar problem with me.

If you know other good local online insurance portal, feel free to update here.

Malaysia customer is number one gentleman in the world

The company should pay financial compensation to victim for such as traumatic mental shock and physical damages from the fracas.

The message conveyed is a company’s workers can beat the customer at will, and the price is just say sorry to your customer in the media.

I strongly urged KFCH to donate RM200,000 as social compensation for public awareness campaign on customer service.

KFC Malaysia apologises over i-City incident

Solving Things Amicably…From left: Mr Danny Ng and his family members together with Mr Alan Au, Deputy President, KFC Malaysia; Mr Conrad De Lima, Vice President, KFC Operations and Puan Rosniza Baharum, General Manager, Group Corporate Communications.

PETALING JAYA (Feb 18, 2012): KFC Malaysia has apologised to Danny Ng and customers present at its i-City Shah Alam on 6 February 2012 over unsatisfactory services rendered by staff at that outlet.

In a statement to the media, KFC Malaysia said in reference to the Feb 6 incident: “KFC Malaysia would like to extend our sincere apologies to all our customers who were present during that day, particularly to Mr Danny Ng Chee Fei, for the unsatisfactory services rendered by our staff and the inconvenience caused.”

“Our Management has met with Mr Danny Ng and his family and they have accepted our apology. We deeply regret the occurrence of this incident and would like to assure you that it was related to the quality of service provided and not due to any other reason whatsoever,” KFC Malaysia deputy president Alan Au said.

“Rest assured, all relevant steps are being taken to review and improve our training programme to avoid the recurrence of such incidents and to provide only the best service to you,” he said adding that the chain treasures comments which will help improve our service and rectify any shortcomings.

The apology is following a video clip showing Ng being hit by a staff member at the outlet after an exchange of words.
This happened after customers including Ng who had waited in line for fried chicken for almost an hour were told that the outlet had run out of stock. Ng had apparently demanded an explanation and apology from the staff before he was assaulted by one of its members. The video of the assault was widely circulated over the internet.

Beware of buying any goods from lelong.com

Lelong.com does not verify its individual seller is a legitimate business entity or not as required by the Company Act, they just accept anyone who is willing to pay RM298 listing fee to open an online store with them.

This SHDC memory card listed in Lelong.com is not a product listed in Kingston website. I have emailed Kingston to check the product is counterfeit or not. I am quite confidence to say 99% chance it’s a counterfeit because its technical specification is not class 10 and without Kingston hologram.

I found out this problem with the help of Canon technical support because my new Canon camera fails to take video recording.

Once I get the confirmation that the product is a fake one, I will take necessary legal action against Lelong.com and its seller.

I have stopped using Lelong.com because of high risk of being cheated.
