The Auditor-General’s Report 2010 which stated that not a single low-cost house had been built by the Penang government from 2008 to 2010.
Lim Kuan Eng is selectively to claim good things from former BN government as his and no shame to reject bad things from the seedless durian, Koh Sok Khoon.
The hard fact is 11,000 low-cost homes are inherited from BN government, not a single low-cost house was built under the PR government.
PDC under LGE (as a chairman) could not handle RM5 million Penang Hill car park project, how on earth Malaysians believe that PDC could build a single low cost house in Penang?
LGE is a pro-developer chief minister, the important of poor rakyat only come to his radar before the election.
Guan Eng: Penang provides low-cost homes through PDC
GEORGE TOWN: Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has admitted that the state government has not been building affordable homes.
However, he said the state had provided low-cost houses through its Penang Development Corporation (PDC).
“Almost 11,000 low-cost homes had been built by the state government,” he pointed out.
“Some 3,000 were built through the PDC and the rest by the private sector.

Except UMNO is condoning this Malay KKK fascist gang, most right-minded Malaysians will reject them. They are the number one threat to national security, and yet they are allowed roaming freely by the Police under the blessing of UMNO.
Who paid the salary for the policemen at Bukit Kepong? What flag was flying high in the Bukit Kepong police station during the attack in 1952?
Can this convict discloses the historical facts?
Rahim Noor should contest under UMNO ticket to see he and Ibrahim Ali are accepted by Malaysians or not.
Human rights groups pose a threat, says ex-IGP
By RAHIMY RAHIM
KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia is facing new threats from groups posing as human rights movements that question the country’s social norms, said former Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Noor.
“Every century has its own wave and this could not be avoided. Previously, it was the wave of communism and Marxism, and now it is the human rights wave.
“This would lead to those questioning certain rights like the existing social contract which had been agreed upon by our leaders,” he said at the Perkasa annual general assembly yesterday.

By using 28 million population and a hefty national debts of 407 billion, each Malaysian from 0 to 120-year old owes RM14,536.
When Malaysia can pay back these national debts?
The answer is NEVER.
The interest charges can easily reach RM30 billion each year, and serving the interest alone is already a daunting task for BN government. BN government has to borrow more money to pay debts, and the vicious cycle is growing bigger and bigger.
Jump ship if you are still young like my nephews who applied for Singapore citizenship, you are debt free as a kiasu.
Malaysia is a sinking ship, and future generations have to bear for all mistakes committed by present generations who elected BN. What the future generations can do about your mistake. None except cursing and digging out your graveyard.

The auditor-general is reported to Agong and the outcomes of report only can be released by the parliament after the consent of the king, but PM Najib has hijacked the audit report and held it for weeks.
Perkasa who claim they are protectors of royal institute, but this kind of public insults by UMNO against our king is never bothered by Ibrahim Ali.
The crux of story is Perkasa is not protecting the integrity of royal institute, but its own master, UMNO.
There are no correction and preventive actions in the audit report and no mention on what legal actions have been taken against those responsible officials for fraudulent and misused of public funds.

This is the good governance practice from a responsible government for not selling off Malaysia like UMNO goons. RM20 million is a reasonable compensation, the former BN government was responsible for this blunder.
The canceled reclamation land deal with 50% profit sharing for state government is a bad business decision.
Boustead to get RM20mil
GEORGE TOWN: Boustead Holdings Bhd will get RM20mil as compensation for scaling down the height of its proposed hotel at the Unesco World Heritage site here.
The Penang Government has agreed to pay the amount to the company in a compensation agreement reached between the two parties instead of the RM58mil initially sought by Boustead, State Local Government and Traffic Management Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow said.
“After lengthy discussions and feedback from an independent consultant, Boustead agreed to reduce the height of the Royale Bintang Hotel to no more than 18m in accordance with the new (Unesco) guidelines.
“However, we are still negotiating the compensation payment instalments,” Chow said when replying to a question from Sim Tze Tzin (PKR–Pantai Jerejak) at the state assembly sitting yesterday.
Sim had asked about the current status of the project’s compensation negotiations.
Chow said the initial offer by the state government was to compensate Boustead by allowing the company to reclaim 40.5ha of land along the Bayan Lepas coastal area.
“Under the original proposal, the state government would be entitled to half the profits. However, after taking into account the views of the public, the land reclamation offer was cancelled,” he said.
On June 21, Boustead submitted the amended building plan to scale down construction of the hotel from 12 storeys with 300 rooms to seven storeys with 180 rooms.
Replying to Muhammad Farid Saad (BN–Pulau Betong) on a separate issue, Chow said there were 90 licensed gambling premises on the island and 27 on the mainland.
He said all gambling licences were issued by the Finance Ministry while the local councils were responsible for the licences of premises.
