It was Cina babi, now is Keling babi. Well done, Perkasa and Pekida.

I used to remember Malay classmates like to call Chinese as “Cina babi” for any quarrel with us. Now Perkasa is one step advance to call Indian, “Keling babi”.

A smoking father advises his son not to smoke is a joke

When he was UMNO youth leader in 80s, his is the second most radical and racist UMNO youth leader after Harun. He was alleged to make a racist remark in a rally at the Kampung Baru Stadium in 1987 before “operasi lalang” that he wanted to soak Chinese with the blood.

My cadet official hostel is a few blocks away from the stadium, my friend in the hostel confirmed to me that “bunuh Cina” shouting could be heard from the crowds in the stadium, not sure Najib was doing the same or not because all Chinese reporters were bullied and chased out from the stadium compound by Malay mobs.

He refuted his uttered such racist remark in the parliament in a reply to Karpal Singh. Whether he uttered the racist remark or not, he was a leader present in the stadium could not disassociated himself from the racist event.

Do not believe Najib has changed and embraced “1Malaysia”, a leopard has never changed its spots.

How could a “former” extremist like PM Najib advises us Malaysians not to be extremists IF he was alleged to call for soaking Chinese blood with kris during a Malay political rally in 1987 at Kampung Baru?

His fanatic and rude behavior in 1987 still haunting the minds of Malaysian Chinese.

This is the hypocrisy at the highest level.

PM: Shun extremism

PUTRAJAYA: Extremism in any faith – be it among Muslims, Christians, Buddhists or Hindus – will leave a negative impact on the community, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said.

For this reason, it was important to promote togetherness, the Prime Minister said.

“We all may be different in our (religious) beliefs but there are values we have in common that can strengthen unity and promote peace and harmony,” he told religious leaders at a luncheon held in conjunction with World Interfaith Harmony Week here yesterday.

Holding court: Najib talking to religious leaders during the World Interfaith Harmony Week gathering in Putrajaya yesterday.

“It is extremism, rather than differences in faith, that triggers tension among people,” he said, warning that if this was not dealt with, it would have adverse effects on the nation and humanity in general.

“This was the reason, during the United Nations General Assembly last year, I had called for the formation of a global movement of moderates.

“I believe this is the way forward to save the world and Malaysia (from extremism).”

The Prime Minister added that as a multi-racial country, Malaysia was proof that religious diversity did not pose problems to people of different beliefs.

Commending the setting up of a committee for the promotion of inter-religious understanding and harmony, he said it would bring together different religious groups for constructive dialogues towards a better understanding of religions.

He said it was important for the discussions to be held behind closed doors, reasoning that religion was a sensitive issue and in the current ICT age, information could spread fast.

Najib advised the public to give the committee some time to look at how best it could overcome issues as these could not be resolved overnight.

World Interfaith Harmony Week is a brainchild of King Abdullah of Jordan and his personal envoy and special adviser Prince Ghazi Muhammad.

It has been presented to the United Nations and has been slated to be an annual event that will be observed in the first week of February.

Hindraf is irrational and a racist party

Hindraf is like Perkasa to make a non-issue to racial issue.

If pariah wording was existed in the history, eliminate the word from the novel does not make today Indians look better IF they’re resorting to racism and fanaticism to fight for their own rights.

Chinese was called the sicko of Eastern Asia during the Ching Dynasty by the Westerners and Japanese. I do not feel any novel writers offending Chinese people for using “the sicko of Eastern Asia” in their book to reflect a historical event in the old times.

Chinese people take that insult as an inspiration to work harder and smarter, nowadays I doubt anyone dares to call the Mainland Chinese and Taiwanese who achieve marvelous progress in every field, “the sicko of Eastern Asia” again after 100 year of the demise of Ching Dynasty.

Only people with inferior complexity are offended from a historical true event. MIC is also dancing with Hindraf to incite racism among Indians.

9 protestors against Interlok arrested

Racism on the rise News 2011-01-20 16:23

KUALA LUMPUR, Thursday 20 January 2011 (Bernama) — Police said that nine men were arrested when they tried to make trouble by displaying “Haramkan Interlok” posters during Thaipusam celebrations at the Batu Caves here today.

Selangor police chief Datuk Tun Hisan Tun Hamzah said the men, aged 18 to 46, all wearing orange T-shirts with HINDRAF inscribed on them, were trying to put up three posters calling for the ban of the novel Interlok.

“When police intervened to stop them the group rammed into them and were arrested,” he told reporters here. All the posters were seized.

HINDRAF, is the acronym for the banned Hindu Rights Action Front. Intertok, which is about the integration of the Malays, Chinese and Indians up to the time of Independence, is to be a textbook for fifth-formers.

But the MIC had called for changes because it said that some of the words used in dealing with the caste system might hurt Hindu sensitivities.

Tun Hisan said that eight of the men arrested were from Selangor while the other was from Perak.

Initial investigations showed that three of them have a criminal record. Tun Hisan said the “trouble” at 10.10am was the only criminal incident at the Batu Caves where 1.3 million Hindus from inside and outside the country have converged since Monday.

A total of 1,200 police personnel had been deployed to maintain order.

Malay problem root of nation’s problem

About a year and a bit ago, the Old Boys’ Association of the Royal Military College otherwise known as ‘Old Putras’ organised an evening of discourse.

The forum noted that the Malaysian people were fragmented, the economy at a virtual standstill, and democracy eroded by dictatorship, returning feudalism, and theocracy. Those present wanted to analyse the degeneration and like good citizens we were to come up with some solutions.

It was then that one speaker, Mohd Dahan if I remember correctly, who stood up to say, “Solve the Malay problem, and you solve the country’s problem.” Now we are in the first month of the second decade of the 21st century, the ring of truth in his statement still prevails.

But at this time, 53 years after independence and 10 years to becoming a high-income country, it appears we are still embedded deep in a long list of unsolved national problems, with many getting worse than before. Continue reading >> Malay problem root of nation’s problem

Ibrahim Ali needs to do a reality check

I have been a Malaysian for almost 50 years. I have friends from all races. Many of us grew up together and attended the same schools. The May 13 incident came when I was a seven-year-old in Penang. It was a tragedy because some disgruntled and demonic people wanted to change history.

But now somebody like Ibrahim Ali is telling Malaysians that there should be people, Malays, specifically, who are a ‘higher’ class than the rest of others, like Orang Asli, Chinese, Indians, Ibans, Kadazans, and others.

The clarion call of ‘Ketuanan Melayu’ by Ibrahim Ali is inundated by herd mentality, as would be in a political party. Therefore, there is no need to debate with Ibrahim Ali and his likes on this issue because they have drugged themselves with a conundrum.
