LGE is better to do soul-searching before too late

Penang PR government under LGE definitely will be kicked out from Penang IF they keep doing things like now.

In one occasion, he abruptly stopped the media briefing when someone brought his youngest son to the conference room and played with his kid. This is very unprofessional conduct as a CM.

LGE can talk a lot, but cannot get thing done is his weakness.

They better learn something from Selangor and Perak PR government before too late.

LGE and his gang still got time and change for better in next four yours if they are willing to listen grouses from the rakyat.

Survey: Penang govt must fulfil promises

GEORGE TOWN: A survey by Suaram has shown that the people of Penang are demanding that the state government make good its promise of a competent, accountable and transparent administration.
Most respondents want Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng and his state executive committee members to make public their assets as is being done by their counterparts in Selangor.

Suaram co-ordinator Lau Shu Shi said the survey should not be interpreted as an attempt to attack or discredit the year-old state government.

She said the administration’s failure to do so would cause people to lose confidence in the promises of reform once proudly proclaimed in its election manifestos.

“We hope the state government will truly live up to its principles by actually instituting policies and practices that reflect the meaning of democracy.” She said Suaram would continue to conduct surveys on current issues in Penang.

Daha Johor praticising discrimination policy is a fact

My mother bought 1000 shares dana johor worth RM1000 many years ago. The letter from Johor Corporation clearly stated only bumi shares can be redeemed at RM1 for each share while non-bumi like my mum only can redeem at RM0.50 for each share.

Abdul Ghani, if this is not a fxxxing NEP discrimination policy, tell me the rational behind of these different redeemption schemes.

Johor MCA keep silent on this issue from day one.

Lim Guan Eng shall know the bitter experience to be confined in a small space

Let’s save our tigers; Leave them in the forests
The Star Says

JUST scrap this inept idea. There are other ways of bringing the roar back to Penang besides creating a tiger park.

Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng’s proposal to create such a park on 40ha of land owned by the Penang Municipal Council in Relau certainly doesn’t fit the description of an eco-tourism project.

The plan has drawn flak from wildlife experts, conservationists and locals. They know better that the rightful place for the majestic animal is in our shrinking forests, not in an artificial habitat near highly populated urban areas.

By right, no zoo shall be created to keep wild animals. Many animals, birds and fishes are habitants in the earth much earlier than human beings, they are real owners of this planet, not us.

Let the tigers roaming freely in the jungle, not to be confined in the cage.

Hisham is bullshitting again, change your mindset first

Hisham: No way to cut waiting period

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Exami- nations Syndicate (MES) cannot shorten the three-month waiting period for the release of the Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) and Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) results.

Education Minister Datuk Seri Hishammud- din Tun Hussein said the MES had specific procedures to which it had to adhere.

“The MES has to go through 16 procedures before the release of the STPM results while for the SPM, there are 29 (procedures),” he told reporters after launching a book entitled Career Pathways for Education Service Officers.

Asked to comment on Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Senator T. Murugiah’s statement that the three-month wait was too long, Hishammuddin said the processes should not be questioned.

Undergoing 29 procedures before SPM result can be released, Hisham shall apply a Guiness world record for having most red tapes in the world.

Hisham is better learn the lean concept from Toyota on how to run zero waste company. Without the fundamental mindset change, many Malaysians alike Hisham inherit “no way” attutide from their forefathers.

Another suggestion to DPM Dato’ Najib: Malaysia is too depend on low skill foreigners

Tuesday, 27 January 2009

Dear YB Dato’, I am from a small town in Muar and my trip back home now is an eye opening discovery, that is more foreign workers than the whole population in a new village. We need foreingers who can bring in management and technical skills to our country, but not cheap labors who take away job opportunity for our low income group. At least Malaysian government SHALL tighten the grip of control on foreign workers to allow a certain percentage only a factory or a company is permitted to recruit them.

I suggest a maximum quota of 50% foreign worker is capped to force local companies to employ more local workers.

These below sentences were blocked by Najib’s blog.

I have to lodge a police report for  a thievery case in my kampong house, the incident is suspected to be committed by foreign workers from an Asean country.

Besides, these foreign workers are also insensitve to local cultures, many dogs, cats and chickens are missing after influx of foreign workers to my kampong.

The Star has quoted my suggestion :-) <http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2009/1/31/nation/3163586&sec=nation>

The country’s dependence on foreign workers were also mentioned by NKKHO and he suggested that there should be a cap on the number of foreign workers a company could hire to provide more job opportunities for the lower-income group.
