pisau net

DAP’s legal team has problem to track down pisau.net administrator and owner?

If the info in the whois record is incorrect, DAP lawyer can ask its registry godaddy.com to rectify it and cancel the domain if the owner fails to provide genuine information.

Get a court order to ask telco to reveal  who is the owner for handphone 012-3325433 is another way to find out.

The UMNO doggie is hiding like a mouse after making wild accusation against DAP politicians.

Total internet censorship for porno materials

Puberty

The ease of availability of porno materials in internet is too dangerous for youth in puberty period. The puberty period with drastic chemical change in the body is causing the brain losing control in emotion and sex drive.

Every man goes through the puberty period, and knows the sex drive in the body is like waiting to erupt volcano. A misstep and loosen control of rational mind will be like this 13-year-old boy in the deep trouble. The influence of porno videos has made the situation even worst.

I am fully support for filtering of porno materials in internet like in China to make access to porno materials more difficult for public members.

Woman molested by 13-year-old boy at petrol kiosk toilet

MALACCA (Jan 2, 2013): A 13-year-old boy who allegedly molested a woman at a petrol kiosk toilet in Jalan Munsyi Abdullah on Monday has been remanded for four days to assist in police investigations.

Malacca CID chief ACP Raja Shahrom Raja Abdullah said today investigators are gathering clues and have quizzed witnesses and the 28-year-old woman.

He said investigators hope to wrap up the case by the end of next week before submitting their findings to the attorney-general for further action.

It is learnt that the boy had told police his urgency to ease himself had led him to enter the women’s toilet as the men’s toilet was occupied at the time.

The case went viral after the woman related her ordeal on social website Facebook claiming that she was using the toilet when the teenager barged in and tried to rape her.

She claimed that the boy kissed her cheeks and grabbed her breasts before she put up a fight to ward off his attack.

She alleged that the boy also tried to cover her mouth when she screamed for help and she bit his fingers. The boy was then apprehended by two staff of the kiosk who responded to the woman’s cries before being handed over to the police.

The woman also alleged that she was poorly treated by the police who posed questions that sounded as if they doubted her allegations.

The woman also uploaded photos of the boy and his particulars on Facebook.

Both illegal download and file sharing sites block are wrong

http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2011/6/28/focus/8983059&sec=focus

In responding to a few letters from your readers (The Star) on the recent action by MCMC to block 10 file sharing sites.

Any rational and conscious-minded person surely understands illegal downloading copyrighted digital materials is wrong legally and morally.

IF music and movie owners and our government believe blocking file sharing sites is a right approach to counter such WRONG action, I wish to say they are as wrong as those file sharers who upload and download copyrighted materials not owned by them to file sharing sites.

Whether Malaysia’s Cyber and Copyrights Laws allow MCMC to block file sharing sites without a court order is still another debatable legal subject. But MCMC’s decision to block file sharing site is morally and legally wrong based on these factual arguments.

Firstly, our government has broken MSC Bills of Guarantee which affecting its international credibility.

Secondly, these file sharing sites clearly state no illegal materials are allowed, the onus to inform them of and remove copyrighted materials from free sharing is on the shoulders of copyright owners.

Thirdly, there are many legitimate users who use these file sharing sites for their own digital materials. All legitimate users are also blocked out because of a few black sheep whose alleged crime is not yet proven in the court. The MCMC is committed another legal procedural mistake to punish legitimate users.

This blanket blocking action is tantamount to banning all villagers of a kampung from visiting KL simply of a few villagers are suspected of committing thievery in the KL city.

This kind of blocking is morally and legally wrong!

Addressing a wrong action with another wrong action does not make it a right action, but it merely reflects a failed and lawless nation is in the making.

BN government learns the price of DDoS also

Malaysia government portal, www.malaysia.gov.my is inaccessible this morning, 5.17am when I check it status after a hacker group threatened to hack Malaysian government portal by 3.30am.

Taib hired Chinese hackers to attack Malaysiakini before the Sarawak election, now BN government learns the same hefty price from DDos attacks.

Where are IT talents from Uitm to defend government websites?

I do not condone this kind of cyber terrorism either.

Both BN government’s censorship and hacker group’s DDoS are wrong in the civil society, although their intention is good and noble.
