Instead of reporting the goods was stolen, the company made a police report that the goods was sent to buyer. Yet they have no gut to face the buyer in the consumer tribunal.
There are more negative news about the shipping company if you search it with Google.
The company is very secretive, no ROB registration number is listed in its website. The WHOIS is also kept secretive to hide their company info.

I bought a battery pack as backup set for my Canon camera few months ago, the durability of the pack bought from Lelong website is pathetic compared to original one from Canon dealer.
Lelong battery only lasts for 40 photos when I did outing in Muar city this morning. The original battery can last for 200 photo cycle.
Canon battery pack bought from Lelong is suspicious to be fake!
Stop buy electronic goods from Lelong is my advice if you do not want to be conned by unscrupulous traders in Lelong.com.my.
Lelong.com does not verify its individual seller is a legitimate business entity or not as required by the Company Act, they just accept anyone who is willing to pay RM298 listing fee to open an online store with them.
This SHDC memory card listed in Lelong.com is not a product listed in Kingston website. I have emailed Kingston to check the product is counterfeit or not. I am quite confidence to say 99% chance it’s a counterfeit because its technical specification is not class 10 and without Kingston hologram.
I found out this problem with the help of Canon technical support because my new Canon camera fails to take video recording.
Once I get the confirmation that the product is a fake one, I will take necessary legal action against Lelong.com and its seller.
I have stopped using Lelong.com because of high risk of being cheated.
