 I wonder the real criminal or police is more dangerous now.
The intake screening of police recruits and officials have to reviewed and tightened up, otherwise police force may absorb a lot of bad elements and gangsters.
Three cops held over shooting of college student
KUALA LUMPUR: Three policemen, including lance corporal and corporal, were among six people detained over the shooting of a college student at Taman Seri Rampai, Setapak.
City CID chief Datuk Ku Chin Wah said two of the policemen were based in Bukit Aman while the other at the Selangor police headquarters.
In the 6am incident Wednesday, the student in his 20s was shot in the buttocks and legs in front of a night club.
It is learnt that the student and his three friends, aged between 20 and 27, were leaving the night club when they saw a group of men smashing the rear windscreen of his car.
As they were running away, chased by the men, shots were fired and the student was hit.
Police have also detained the three friends of the student to facilitate the investigation. BERNAMA

This is a sample call between the conman and victim.
I sympathized the first victim, not second and following donkeys who are still being cheated after such a bad and wide publicity in the news about Bukit Aman scam.
I did receive a call from the scam gang, they quickly dropped the call when they found out I tried to play game with them. 
The incoming phone number appears on your handphone is a fake number. When you return call without re-type every single digits, your call is directed to another number.
These conmen are mostly mainland Chinese and Taiwanese. They will drop the call if you speak English.
These victims, many are highly educated are living in the closet, have never read the newspaper at all.
I have to admit these conmen or conwomen are real professionals. I did see a sales girl try to dupe a middle age lady in my kampung. I kept silence and not intervened until the lady came to ask me whether the deal was good or bad.
My reply was short and simple, “Go ahead to donate your money if you are so rich with no places to spend your money.”
The lady immediately woke-up and realized the deal was a crooked deal. The sales girl then asked her to return all free handouts after the deal was called off.
Syndicates clone caller IDs of enforcement agencies

PETALING JAYA: Syndicates are using special technology to dupe unsuspecting victims into believing they are being called by real law enforcement agencies.
The Voiceover Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology is used to replicate phone numbers of the police, Bank Negara and other government agencies.
“The victims do not know they are being duped as the caller ID is identical to the real number of the relevant authority,” Federal head of CyberSecurity and Multimedia Investigation Division Asst Comm Mohd Kamaruddin Md Din told The Star, referring to reports on the Bukit Aman scam.

I tend to believe this story is closed to true. There are a number black sheep among the Malaysian police, they took the opportunity to rape and harass women refugees is just another Malaysia Boleh syndrome.
Malaysia is known as the second highest rape crime rate after South Africa. What do you expect for a nation administered by a super corrupt regime BN.

REFUGEE women living in Malaysia are too afraid to leave their shanty homes for fear they will be sexually harassed and assaulted by police, with officials reporting such incidents are reaching “extraordinary levels”.
Some migrant women are forced to stay inside or travel in groups to avoid being singled out by police and RELA, the paramilitary corps.
While men are asked for a cash bribe when stopped, some police allegedly sexually harass and abuse women.
This is the frightening scenario awaiting refugees who will soon be sent from Australia to Kuala Lumpur under the federal government’s controversial refugee swap.
Malaysian opposition MP and foreign affairs spokesman Liew Chin Tong – who has called for a ban on the use of the rattan cane – said sexual harassment and abuse of female refugees was rampant.
“One member of parliament told the story of Chinese women caught and molested in police custody. This exists; it’s a real threat and it’s part of the systematic culture of abuse that exists behind closed doors,” Mr Tong said.
“Some other refugee women have also been sold as sex workers.”
Amnesty International National Refugee co-ordinator Graham Thom said Prime Minister Julia Gillard should educate herself on the type of harassment faced by refugee women in Malaysia.
“With no legal rights, women and girls are subject to sexual violence and harassment not only in public, but by gangs who also target them in their homes, knowing they have nowhere to turn,” Mr Thom said.
“Mothers are left with little choice but to marry off their young daughters at a very early age, as one of the only ways to hopefully ensure some form of male protection.”
Mr Thom, who recently exposed the squalid conditions at Malaysia’s immigration depots, said he had spoken to refugee women who broke down describing their daily fear that their children could be kidnapped or detained.
“There is little doubt that refugee women and girls in Malaysia are particularly vulnerable,” Mr Thom said.
The Daily Telegraph spoke to women who had been abused and did not want to pose for photographs for fear of retribution.
“They always harass me. I am 15. It doesn’t matter how old you are,” Nei said. “My friends have been assaulted. They are too scared to say anything to the police as they will get arrested as being an illegal and sent to a camp.”

This kind of story is repeating itself until the end of the world. Man controls by his little brother for lust while girl controls by her little brain for love.
No such rational thinking and decisions exist for 99% of girls, emotional decisions always prevail.
I still cannot understand why these girls can fall in love with these Negros from Nigeria and South Africa. My theory is no local male interested on them, and they have to find black men as alternatives or may be due to Obama spilling effect.
I saw another news yesterday about a brilliant Chinese girl was executed for drug trafficking offence in Mainland. Same story like this Iban girl, she was tricked to be drug mule by an Arabian for love reason.
Anyway, let face the firing squad if she was caught trafficking heroin into China. China authorities has sentenced it own citizens to dead sentence for same offence, unlikely they give “bumi privilege” to this Iban girl.
Riot: I will arrange for parents to visit student held in China

KUCHING: Deputy Foreign Minister Datuk Richard Riot says he will try to make arrangements for the parents of a final-year nursing student detained at Tzen Tzen Prison in China to visit their daughter.
The 22-year-old studying at a private college in Kota Damansara, Selangor, was arrested at Guangzhou International Airport on March 11 for allegedly trafficking 700gm of heroin.
Riot said efforts were also being made to find a lawyer for the Iban girl, who is from a longhouse in Betong.
“I will ask the Malaysian ambassador in China to go to the prison to gather more information from her,” said Riot after meeting the girl’s parents yesterday.
