There are voices in UMNO to ask Malaysian government do not act too harsh after 60 Sulu terrorists already killed by Malaysian security forces.
Malaysian government have to consider the feeling of 800,000 Sulu people in Sabah. The state head of Sabah is also a Sulu, the influence of Sulu people in Sabah politics is too big to ignore.

Kiram, Followers Allegedly Back in the Philippines

BONGAO, Tawi-Tawi – Raja Muda Agbimuddin Kiram of the Sultanate of Sulu and about 35 of his gunmen, some of them wounded has reportedly landed on Friday night at a small island called Maldanas in Sitangkai, Tawi-Tawi coming from a coastal village in Sabah Malaysia.
Senior officials of the Naval Forces and of the Provincial Crisis Management Council (PCMC) and a medical team secretly proceeded earlier today to Maldanas island to “verify” the report.
Report reaching this town said Agbimuddin with some of his wounded gunmen arrived at the island on Friday night, fleeing government troops of Sabah who are hunting them.
A similar report from Malaysia also indicated that the Sultanate prince (Raja Muda) fled Sabah and is now in the Philippines but local military and provincial government officials here are tight-lipped
on the reports.
Meanwhile, Social Welfare and Development Sec Dinky Soliman is expected to arrive here Sunday, to personally check the condition of the refugees and evacuees at the evacuation centers in this town.
DSWD has donated on Thursday to the PCMC here some 1,000 sacks of government rice, sardines and other foodstuffs for the refugees.

There is no UMNO government in Malaysia, but BN government appointed by the king to administer the nation on behalf of his Majesty.
See how desperate and dirty the atternoy-general in twisting fact to charge Tian Chua. The judge should just throw out the case during the first hearing if there is still justice in the court.
Tian Chua is alleged to link UMNO with Sulu terrorists. That is fine for Tian Chua to be sued by UMNO in the open court.
UMNO is a political party like DAP, it’s a private organisation. The Atternoy-General has no business when UMNO is maligned by any party or individual. The Attorney-General is again acting beyond his power to serve as a running dog for UMNO.
I hope our King to advise the Attorney-General be professional and being an institution to serve the nation and the king, not to any private entity.
Sedition charge for Tian Chua over Umno-Sulu link

KUALA LUMPUR, March 14 ― PKR’s Chua Tian Chang claimed trial today to sedition for allegedly linking Umno to the on-going Sulu intrusion into Sabah.
“This is a politically-motivated charge. I will fight this slander to clear my name,” the PKR vice-president, popularly known as Tian Chua, told the Sessions Court.
Chua did not enter a plea.
Deputy public prosecutor Yusaini Amer Abdul Karim earlier told the court that Chua was being charged under Section 4(1) (b) of the Sedition Act 1948 and would be liable under Section 4 (1) of the same law.
Chua was charged with purportedly making statements that the gunfire attacks in Lahad Datu is believed to be a planned conspiracy by the Umno government to divert the people’s attention and frighten them and that the incident raised doubts over the Umno government’s wayang mainan (shadow play).

Tourist robbed and raped after terror ride
PETALING JAYA: A 25-year-old American tourist was robbed and raped by two men after being taken on a 80km terror ride in a taxi.
The woman had gone shopping at a mall on Monday and hailed the taxi when she had finished.
The taxi driver, with a man in the front passenger seat, picked up the woman.
Sources revealed that instead of heading to her intended destination, the victim was robbed before being taken on a 80km ride from Mutiara Damansara to a house in Sungai Pelek, Sepang.
The two abductors then took turns raping the tourist.
It is learnt that the woman freed herself on Tuesday and sought the assistance of passers-by before lodging a police report.
Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Arjunaidi Mohamed confirmed that police have received a report.
“We have arrested one man so far and investigations are ongoing. We hope to detain the second suspect soon,” he said.

There are two possibilities,
1. Malaysian Navy and MMEA’s capability is suck after over budget patrol boats and submarines scandals. The Philippines Navy is doing much better job than Malaysian Navy.
2. The backdoor passage is opened for these terrorists to flee under a secret agreement with the Sulu Sultan.
Malaysian government has to answer why the Sulu terrorists are slipped through the dragnet regardless which possibility. None of them is accepted by the rakyat.
These Sulu terrorists have to be flushed off and killed if no surrender at whatever costs.
Philippines detains “militants” trying to flee Malaysia
MANILA: The Philippines Navy said it had detained 35 suspected Filipino militants on Wednesday as they sought to sail home from a military offensive against them in the Malaysian state of Sabah.
They are believed to be remnants of a band of up to 300 followers of a self-proclaimed Filipino sultan who entered Sabah a month ago to stake a territorial claim to the area, regional military chief Rey Ardo said.
“They were coming back (home)… they are armed,” Lieutenant-General Ardo said on ABS-CBN television, confirming less detailed reports of their arrest by the Philippine Navy.
The self-proclaimed Sultan of Sulu, whose ancestors ruled over parts of the what is now the southern Philippines and Sabah centuries ago, vowed his men would not leave until Malaysia recognised their territorial claims.
However after a stand-off that lasted more than two weeks, Malaysian security forces launched a major operation against the gunmen.
Malaysian authorities have reported that 64 people have been killed, mostly militants, and 97 followers of the sultan have been arrested in Sabah. Security operations are continuing.
The 35 people seized on Wednesday were on two small boats that were intercepted by two navy patrol vessels on the Philippine side of the sea border with Malaysia, navy spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Gregory Fabic told AFP.
They were sailing to a Philippine island about 60 kilometres (35 miles) from the area of Sabah at the heart of the security offensive, according to Ardo, the regional military commander.
Fabic and Ardo said there were 34 men and one woman aboard the boats, both of which carried guns.
Ardo said one of the men was wounded, possibly from the Sabah clashes.

Malaysian government is so poor until no budget to buy basic protective and safety gears for the front-line soldiers and policemen?
This is another “mati katak” style of sending our security personnel to battlefield.
None of American soldiers go to front-line battlefield without wearing bullet proof jacket.
A half of money allocated for Mindef and Interior Ministry must be “sapu” by UMNO politicians through rent-seeking contracts to UMNO cronies.
Those people stealing money supposed for the nation defence budget are betrayers, a crime worst than terrorism by the external elements.
The first thing PR (if elected to Putrajaya) must do is to investigate all defence contracts and drag out the betrayers.
