Another BN scandal => Ipoh - Padang Besar electrified double track is balloned to 16.098 billion

This non-tender Ipoh-Padang Besar electrified double track project was given to a company co-owned by a Perak royal family member at the price of 12.49 billion RM.

Question mark? Even before the project kick-off, we rakyat have to bear for mark-up price caused by BN non-tender crony policy.

The cost per mileage comparison study with India double track train,

KTM snail speed train @ 160 km/h double track cost is RM 48.93 million per km

India snail speed double track cost is RM 2.777 million per km

I still cannot understand why the cost variance is at astonishing 17.6 times compared with the double track in India except labor cost is cheaper in India.

Before project completion, we rakyat have to bear extra cost of RM 3.608 billion RM due to interests from the project delay [2.4 billion RM], exorbitant consultation fees [257 million RM], TNB services [RM 235 million], etc.

What the fxxx BN government has to pay for interest charges due to project delay by the contractor?

Transport Ministry blamed the project delay due to land transfer delays in Perak, Penang and Kedah is nonsensical and absurb excuse.

2,179 lots delay in transfer did not affect 329 km double track project because laying track is not repairing jet fighter in which you have to strictly follow step to step procedures.

The total length of 2,179 lots will no more than 30 km in worse case, the contractor has flexibility to build new track in another 90% section from Ipoh to Padang Besar.

BN government blamed squarely on PR government is merely a trick to enrich UMNO crony bankers to earn more interests paid by rakyat. [A term which is only happened in Bodohland!]
