Unsustainable tourism in the Mulu National Park

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});

I was shocked to see from this set of photos that a visitor (more!) is allowed to walk freely in the area where stalagmites and stalactites are located in the Drunken Forest Cave.

I have fired an email to Forestry Department and circular to Mulu Park Management, Sarawak Tourism Board, Sarawak Government and The Star Editor, in urging them to instruct Mulu Park Management to enforce stricter rules and regulations to preserve our natural heritage for future generations.

Do not keep silence, please do the same by voicing out your concern on unsustainable tourism in the Mulu National Park. Email them now!
